Updates on Very Low-Calorie Diets (VLCDs)

This webinar highlights some salient updates in the research on VLCDs in a variety of conditions. Elements from the most recent Canadian Guidelines on Obesity Management have also been included, to provide a holistic approach for the use of VLCDs in the management of individuals with obesity and related co-morbidities.
